yes… it sounds essnetially like abhivadhanam… the difference is that we start from the Rishi(s) of the gotharam not just family surnames and native place 
I had a doubt. I too remember it as RSSLN only, but googled it to find something I wrote earlier. Its RSSLN Baskarudu only. I have seen a stone name plates in one Rane factory.
