According to a new study, happy people do not spend a lot of time watching TV.

This is quite true in India, right? How can you be happy if you spend your time watching tear-jerking soaps all day?

    I am a TV aficionado and beg to differ: on the TV content part and have no opinion on your linking that to happiness.

    TV content is not as stereotypical as you are putting it out to be…thanks to CAS and DTH, we get enough variety of channels and programmes and you can spend your day without watching even one of such soaps!

    Daai…I havent developed to the extent of watching discovery and ng…was actually referring to things like sports, game shows (?!), movies, comedy clips, songs,…it is especially funny to see lots of anlaysts who give gyaan on markets, when they would have been proved pathetically wrong in the previous trading session(s)…

    there is lot more to tv than soaps…
