In a lot of other cities (like Paris), they will run late because that’s what trains there do
Oh well, it is OK if the trains run late. After all that is what we have come to expect.
But to cite “weather” as the reason reeks of incredible incompetence!
At least you have some trains running..

I believe this is done so that they don’t have to reimburse passengers for the delay.
