Only in Philadelphia… will the trains run 15 minutes late on a clear, even hot summer evening in June, due to “weather-related” problems!

    In a lot of other cities (like Paris), they will run late because that’s what trains there do ;)

    Oh well, it is OK if the trains run late. After all that is what we have come to expect. ;) But to cite “weather” as the reason reeks of incredible incompetence!

    I believe this is done so that they don’t have to reimburse passengers for the delay.
