Chennai Super Kings: Pride of the South
Posted on April 27th, 2008 by Vijay Krishna Narayanan
One of the nicest things about the Indian Premier League is that the Chennai team lead the pack now. Still the only unbeaten team in the league, the Kings of Chennai rock!
Incidentally, I thought the Mumbai Indians would do better than lose four in a row.

It’s all because of good selection from N srinivasan India Cements Ltd owner. They have their own cricket team called ICL.
I still believe Deccan Chargers (Hyderabad) are the best team on paper. Almost all their star players are available throughout the IPL. I would put my money on them even though they have won only one out of four so far.
I chanced to visit ICL office in Dhun Buildings for our Frajile work some time in April first week. They have really put good thought process into work.
Its all the TNCA based cricket stalwarts who are calling the shots. Very professional set of people. For them, CSK is more of an extn of their ICL cricket team management.
Thanks for the comments, folks.
I heard the Aussies are heading back home for a conditioning camp. I wonder how this would affect the teams in the Premier League. The Super Kings have Hayden and Hussey.

we have good replacements Stephen Fleming and Ntini
Yeah, Suresh, but Hayden looks in good touch.
