CNN’s report on the movie’s screening @ Cannes Film Festival is bad. Looks like they haven’t done justice to the book. Im planning to watch it anyway.. Letz see. Gonna watch it Vijay?

Think that is the one where Hanks reveals that Audrey Tautou is the descendant of the holy family of Christ. Check out http://www.imdb.com site for reviews, where they have criticised the plot as verbose and boring. But the veracity of the reviewer (who might be a catholic), who had not read the book is debatable. Still when you have Tom Hanks and Ron Howard in a film, it should be worth a watch

Yeah, A certificate… Which means I really can’t watch the movie at a theatre… Hey wait, maybe I can pass off for an 18 year old…??? Hmm… Lets see…;)

first it was the ‘plagiarism’ of dan brown. then , the church protests. now , an “A” certificate with a 15 second disclaimer. good promos for the movie , don’t you think so?i wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be a wild hit! :)
